Details
Starting on Monday 3 March, you are challenged to compete in the 20/20 Challenge. A series of 20 Exercises, for 20 Minutes over 20 Training Days.
Not everyone trains every week day so this is really where the challenge is. On the days where you do not train you will need to complete some of the exercises. What exercises are these you ask? Well here is a list and each of these needs to be done for 20 minutes either on one go or multiple try's.
