Sifu Sarah has always danced to her own tune. In the past this has caused her to seem a bit aside from the general crowd. She has chosen many adventures for her self including being a nanny in the US for a year, full contact sparring, specialist Weaponry, demonstration team and now in her own venue teaching. Over the past few years she has come to her own. Graduated as a 2nd Degree Black Sash and level 3 Instructor, she has impressed many people with her strong sense of honor. She still chooses her own way and now is having many successes working towards being who she want's to be. This includes;
- 1st Degree Black Sash in Shaolin 5 Animal Kung Fu
- L5 Instructor
- 2nd Degree Black Sash in Shaolin Eagle Kung Fu
- State and National Champion in Weaponry
- State and National Champion in Bare Hand Forms
- Sate Champion in Sparring
- Persistency & Consistency Gold - June 97
- Forms Winner, Intermediate Women - March & April 2000
- Promotion to 1st Degree Black Sash Sash with Credit - 26 Dec 00
- 1st Class taught - 10 Feb 2001
- Accepted by Sher She Gung, Chief Instructor - Shaolin Temple Training School, Henan, China - 14 May 2001
- Accredited - L1 Judge & Referee at the National All Styles Tournament - 5 May 2001
- 1000 classes trained - Oct 2003
- First time mom to Hunter Tyson on Friday 9 November 2007
- Currently retired (for obvious reasons)
Sifu Sarah has learned one of the most important lessons in life, one that is often commented on but very rarely understood;
